Message The 2560 turbos are a great choice for your setup. A bigger turbo will start to reveal the next weak point in the system. To max out a bigger turbo (even with out E85) you will be on the brink of needing a bigger fuel pump and/or larger injectors.
Additionally the 2560 makes "about" the same amount of TQ as HP. a bigger turbo continues to have gains in HP, but TQ no longer increases at the same rate when you turn up the boost.
You have an excellent setup it sounds like & the 2560 is a great price turbo that will match your goals.
The flanges clocking is different than "standard" 300zx turbos & you will need an adapter or something custom.
If you need a complete kit try these:
Complete Kit DIY
If you have the turbos already you can get these parts to complete the kit:
Turbo Inlet Adapter
Turbo Outlet Adapter
Wastegate Bracket

First Stock Turbo to break 500WHP on boost alone (Pre-E85).
